Dennis Gardemeyer, Chief Executive Officer
After graduating with an MBA from Sacramento State University, Dennis spent many years as a developer/builder, primarily in northern California. Several years ago he shifted his focus from the construction industry to agricultural-related companies, Delta Blue Grass among them. When not at work, Dennis enjoys spending time in his woodshop, boating, and fly fishing.
Ed Zuckerman, Director
Having spent his formative years in northern California, Ed has partnered with Dennis Gardemeyer on a variety of farming operations. He was raised in the Stockton area (where Delta Bluegrass and other farming operations are located), and still resides there today. When he's not busy running his many enterprises, he enjoys getting out into nature, and is a world class snow skier.
Geoff Hughes, Chief Financial Officer
Geoff has over 35 years of experience in the building products industry, with nearly 20 of those years spent as either CFO or Controller. He's worked at headquarters and field operations for companies of all sizes, and has been our CFO here at Heritage One since the very start. In his free time he enjoys hiking and mountain biking.
John Ballou, Sales Manager
With over 25 years experience as a door and millwork salesman, John was a perfect fit to take on our Sales Manager role. His breadth of knowledge about door and millwork products has made him one of the most knowledgeable people in our industry, and we're proud that he's also a partner in Heritage One. In his free time he enjoys visiting the race circuit, where his son is a successful Sprint car driver.
Tyler Randolph, Chief Operating Officer | Carpentry Division
As a very young man Tyler began his career as a carpenter for Charlie’s original company. Over the last 20 years Tyler has worked his way up through the ranks and is now COO for Heritage One Door & Carpentry, Carpentry Division. When not at work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and catching a Giants game with his wife and two children.
Diane Gardemeyer, Human Resources Manager
Diane gained a wealth of Human Resource and Management knowledge while working for AT&T for over 20 years. In 2000 she left the phone company to join her husband’s rapidly growing door and millwork installation company. She currently provides Human Resource support, manages the office and acts as a liaison between the door and carpentry company providing process improvement leadership. In her spare time, Diane enjoys golf and traveling to new places.
John Dutter, Chief Operating Officer | Door Division
The newest member of our ownership team, John came onboard with us in January 2016. He has over 30 years in the building industry, primarily in door manufacturing, and is currently the COO for Heritage One Door & Carpentry, Door Division. He has a wealth of knowledge in the manufacturing of pre-hung doors, inventory control, and warehouse management, and enjoys tinkering in his own woodshop when time allows.
